Air Source Heat Pump Service Plans

 

1. Service Scope

These terms and conditions govern the provision of air source heat pump maintenance, repair, installation, or any related services by Elite Services Group Ltd


2. Service Agreement

The Service Agreement outlines the specific services to be provided, including the scope of work, materials, and associated costs.


3. Payment and Invoicing

Payment for services rendered shall be as outlined in the Service Agreement. 3.2. The customer agrees to pay all invoices promptly according to the agreed-upon payment terms.


4. Warranty and Guarantees

The Service Provider shall provide a warranty for the work completed and materials used, as specified in the Service Agreement. 4.2. Any warranties provided do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or modifications made by parties other than the Service Provider.


5. Maintenance and Repairs

The customer is responsible for the regular maintenance and cleaning of the air source heat pump system. 5.2. The Service Provider will perform repairs and maintenance services as specified in the Service Agreement.


6. Liability and Indemnity

  • 6.1. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the customer's failure to adhere to manufacturer recommendations or misuse of the air source heat pump system

  • 6.2. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the customer's actions or omissions.


7. Force Majeure

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or labour disputes.


8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition.


9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the provision of services confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.


10. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, along with the Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any previous agreements or understandings.


11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with notice to the customer.
