Heat Loss Calculation Survey

Expert Heat Loss Prevention by a Heat Geek Elite Member

A heat loss or thermal imaging survey can answer why your home isn’t maintaining a set temperature or losing heat. A heat loss survey can identify draughty spots, missing insulation areas and underperforming heating systems that cause heat loss or heat exchange and wasted money on energy bills.

A thermal imaging heat loss survey also enables you to increase your home’s energy efficiency and make an informed decision with key facts you need so you need to tackle the problematic areas, first.

Elite Services Group have provided heat loss surveys for homeowners in Hull, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire for decades, applying their knowledge and time-served experience to cut excess heat or energy wastage and help customers save money and the environment with better-insulated properties.

Identify Heat Loss with an Independent Heat Loss Survey

A thermal imaging heat loss survey offers valuable insights for homeowners by pinpointing the sources of cold spots, identifying areas that are draining their finances due to energy wastage, and providing effective solutions to improve energy efficiency.

Stop Heat Loss with a Home Thermal Imaging Survey

If your property feels cold or uncomfortable during the chilly winter months, or if you are considering refurbishments and want to ensure optimal energy efficiency – a comprehensive thermal imaging heat loss survey by a Heat Geek Elite member will empower you with the precise information you need.

Benefits of a Home Heat Loss Survey

Each heat loss survey we undertake is conducted by Heat Geek Elite member, Managing Director James Clark. Using thermal imaging technology, a heat loss report can detect and isolate exactly where heat is escaping in the property.

Once the survey is complete, a thorough thermal imaging report will be produced, identifying any issues that have been found, with suggested improvements to help prevent further heat loss in your home. The report will take into consideration:

  • Loss of heat from walls, doors, ceilings and roofs

  • Window and window frame problems

  • General issues with the roof and roof tiles

  • Insufficient loft and/or wall insulation

  • Damaged, missing or gaps in insulation

  • Water and air leakages

  • Thermal bridges

  • Dampness, condensation, and mould in the home.

Comprehensive Heat Loss Survey and Water Analysis

Poor water quality is a common cause of breakdowns or poor-performing heating systems. A build-up of salt and mineral deposits in the sealed water circuits can cause corrosion or blockages, leading to heat loss in the home.

A simple analysis of the heating water and pressure levels within the heating system can stop or prevent sludge build-up in your heating pipework and ensure the heating system can operate to its maximum potential.
