A New Chapter in Innovation and Excellence

Elite Services Group are proud to announce the opening of its doors at a new office location in Beverley, East Yorkshire. We are thrilled to share the exciting details of this pivotal moment in our company’s journey. The decision to move from our old home in Cottingham to the picturesque market town of Beverley marks an important step forward for Elite Services Group as we continue to grow, innovate, and serve our customers with the industry-leading customer care we have become renowned for.

Purpose-built Commercial Space for Training and Operations

At the heart of our new office is a purpose-built commercial space dedicated to operational activities and personal development. The ground floor area allows us to conduct focused training sessions, workshops, and tool talks, whilst offering the benefit of a huge space for a streamlined daily operational workflow. This space is specifically designed to support our team’s ongoing development and efficiency, with less downtime and more on-the-job time. By creating an environment tailored to these activities, we can ensure that our award-winning team remains at the cutting edge of industry standards, and qualifications and continues to deliver exceptional services to our customers.

 

Modern Open Plan Office for Collaboration and Productivity

The new office features a modern, light and bright, open plan design, which promotes collaboration and communication among our staff. With the whole team involved in the design and planning of the innovative workspace, the internal layout encourages team members within each department to work closely together, exchange ideas, and find creative solutions to any challenge that presents itself. The open plan layout is essential for nurturing the collaborative and dynamic work culture that drives our success and pushes us to be better each day for the benefit of all. Director, Ben Clark, chief architect behind the idea expresses: “The new facility will enable us to better serve our clients with enhanced training and operations spaces, as well as provide a modern and collaborative environment for our dedicated staff.”

Breaking Out of the Normal Workspaces

In addition to the open-plan office, our new location includes thoughtfully designed breakout areas and meeting spaces. The breakout areas provide employees with comfortable spaces to relax, recharge, and connect with colleagues in a more casual setting. The meeting areas offer flexible spaces for brainstorming sessions, internal discussions, and customer meetings. The upper floor communal office space also has a dedicated creative space for podcasts, YouTube productions and online communications.

Prioritising Employee Wellbeing

Elite Services Group recognises the importance of employee well-being in achieving peak performance, job satisfaction and maintaining a work/life balance. That’s why our new office includes a designated employee well-being zone on the ground floor. This area allows our team to take a break, unwind, and engage in mindfulness activities that support their mental and physical health with a variety of fitness equipment.
